Please note that our pool is a 25 yard pool with 5 lanes. We will provide timers for lane 5 for the first half of the meet and ask that you provide timers for lane 5 second half.  We will print timing sheets for lanes 2,4, and 5 and print 2 events per sheet as standard.  We use the lane judge sheets from MM with 2 events per sheet.  

We have plenty of deck space for your team and ask that your team sits on the side closest to the parking lot.  

Event Entries: The deadline for GQMF individual entries is 4pm on Sunday before the meet. Opposing Team, let us know when you are ready to merge.  We will be ready by 12 noon on day of meet to allow for any last minute changes.  

Meet Time: 6 PM start time with Home warm ups 5:00- 5:30 and away warm ups 5:30- 6:00.  

ALL Volunteer Meeting: On deck meetings - 30 mins before scheduled Meet Start Time.

Parking: Parking is limited. The parking lot fills up quickly.  Please be good to our neighbors and do not block driveways. Also, remember to not park in crosswalks, intersections, or near fire hydrants. 

Concessions: We will have a full concession stand run by the Piranhas Cafe throughout the meet. Dinner menu items, water, Gatorade, sodas, and yummy snacks will be available.  Please let us know how many swimmers you estimate so we can plan our concessions food accordingly.
